At Cleaning Web Pros, we aim to provide high-quality service and transparent communication. Please review our refund policy below:

Due to the time, planning, and design involved in website creation, all project payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is canceled before work starts, a partial refund may be considered depending on prep work completed.

Monthly fees for hosting, email, support, or software licenses are non-refundable, even if unused during the period.

To avoid future charges, cancel or request cancellation at least 5 days before your next billing date.
